Role Overview
InRemit is looking for a results-driven Area Manager – Sales to expand our B2B channel network and drive adoption of key fintech services across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for onboarding & activating retailers/distributors and achieving sales targets for all InRemit services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of core services: DMT, AEPS, BBPS, Micro ATM, Recharge & Utility Payments
Appoint and manage retailers & distributors across the region
Achieve monthly sales, activation, and revenue targets
Conduct field visits, demos, and merchant training
Ensure business growth by identifying high-potential markets
Maintain strong channel relationships for sustained performance
Coordinate with operations & product teams for seamless onboarding
Provide daily/weekly MIS & market intelligence
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1–3 years experience in fintech, payments, micro-ATM, AEPS, DMT, or related field Strong knowledge of B2B channel development Ability to meet targets and handle market pressure Good communication, field sales capability & negotiation skills Two-wheeler preferred
